Ultravelers ships worldwide from our fulfillment partners, with a special focus on fast, friendly delivery for the United States market.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Preorder or restock fruit styled jewelry boxes may show a longer handling time on the product page, and that timeframe overrides the standard window.

Shipping Methods

Standard international tracked mail, expedited courier, and localized US delivery depending on destination and warehouse stock. Most US orders are fulfilled with tracked packet or courier service.

Delivery Estimates

United States: 5 to 9 business days after handling.

Canada and Mexico: 7 to 12 business days.

Europe and UK: 8 to 14 business days.

Australia and New Zealand: 9 to 16 business days.

Other countries: 10 to 21 business days.

Standard US shipping: 4.99 USD.

International standard: from 7.99 USD based on weight and zone.

Expedited options are calculated at checkout.

Free Shipping

Enjoy our Free Shipping Special. US customers get free standard shipping on orders over 35 USD. International customers get free standard shipping on orders over 59 USD. Qualifying amount is calculated after discounts and before tax. If your cart qualifies, the free shipping option appears automatically at checkout. If you choose expedited courier service, standard free shipping does not cover the upgrade; only the base standard method is free.

Order Tracking

Every shipped order receives a tracking number by email. Track your fruit styled jewelry box from our partner facility to your door.

Delayed or Lost Packages

If tracking has not updated for 7 consecutive days, email customer@ultravelers.com. We will open an investigation and reship or refund according to the situation.
